Jamar Event Planner is owned and led by Jamar Joseph Pierson. We plan and produce events for corporate teams, families and private hosts, and we publish our address, contact details and policies so clients can verify us before they commit.

We treat an event like a project with a deadline that cannot move
Events fail quietly. A vendor cut-off passes unnoticed, a floor plan is never confirmed, a load-in window is double-booked — and the problem only becomes visible on the day, in front of guests.
Our answer is unglamorous and effective: write everything down, confirm it with the people responsible, and keep one shared plan current. Clients receive a budget tracker, vendor list, floor plan, load-in schedule and run of show they can read at any point in the process.
We are a service business, not a venue or a caterer. That independence means we can recommend vendors on merit and show you their pricing without markup hidden inside our own fee.

Timelines, floor plans, load-in schedules, and a run of show are documented and updated in a single shared plan you can review at any point.

A lead coordinator manages vendor arrivals, the schedule, and any on-the-day adjustments so you can stay with your guests.
