Prices shown are planning and coordination fees in U.S. dollars. Venue, catering, décor, rentals, AV and entertainment are billed separately at vendor cost and listed in your written proposal. Sales tax and travel, where applicable, are itemized.

Questions about cost, deposits and changes
Payments are processed by our payment providers and every transaction is receipted by email.
Package prices cover our planning, coordination and on-site management fee. Third-party costs such as venue rental, catering, florals, rentals, AV and entertainment are quoted separately and billed at the vendor's price.
Event cost depends on guest count, venue, date, and how many vendors are involved. The starting figure reflects our minimum fee for that level of service; your written proposal states the final fee before you commit.
Yes. A deposit reserves your date and is applied against your total fee. The amount and the remaining payment schedule are stated in your agreement before signature.
Travel outside the Philadelphia metro area, overtime beyond contracted hours, rush timelines under three weeks, and additional site visits are quoted as separate line items. We do not add undisclosed service charges.
Yes, subject to availability. Upgrades are documented as a written amendment showing the added scope and the cost difference before any work begins.
